Gift Cards can be activated from the from the BackOffice. It is required to be activated\turned on once. Gift Cards allow you to offer your customers pre-bought balance cards that then can be gifted or given to children who are not allowed to carry real money. Gift cards can be sold or redeemed at the checkout counter.
To activate your Gift Card functionality, go to Settings.
Followed by Locations.
Once in the Locations, click on the Settings icon for your preferred location.
In the Locations settings, go to Account Settings Details. Turn Gift Card Functionality ”On” on the POS. Click Submit and Sync the POS to see the Gift cards function active.
