Bluetooth barcode scanners generally don't work due to a loss of connectivity between the POS and the scanner. If you encounter a case-by-case issue that is specific to your needs, feel free to contact us for assistance.

To resolve the Connectivity Issue follow the following steps.

Turn on the Bluetooth Scanner by pressing the Trigger button. A beep and glowing of the light bar Should indicate that the Scanner is powered on.

Once the Scanner is turned on, scan the Bluetooth Pairing Code given in the Manual to make it available to be connected. If the Manual is misplaced then use the Barcode given below, and if that doesn't work as well, hold the trigger for 6 to 8 Seconds.

On the POS tablet Open the Settings Menu from App’s home by clicking on Settings.

Open the Bluetooth Setting Menu from Settings.

Click on “Barcode Scanner HID” to connect to the Bluetooth Scanner Gun.

This should let you connect to the Bluetooth scanner. If there are issues regarding product-specific scanning, let us know.
