This page guides you through creating a Reward Program. A well-designed program helps boost customer engagement, encourage repeat visits, and simplify tracking points and rewards.

Click on "Customer Engagement" followed by "Rewards & Members".

Select the "Rewards Program" section.

Start creating a new reward program by clicking on "Create" button in the rewards Menu.

This will open Create a Reward Program Form.

Enter reward details reward name and reward point calculation type according to the table information given below and click "Continue".

How should customers earn points?

1) Points per Product: Customers will earn points that are assigned to each product. You can assign points to a product when you create or edit it.

2) Points per Dollar Spent: Customers will earn one point for each dollar spent.

3) Points per Visit: Customers will earn one point for each visit to the business. You can set the minimum spend per visit.

Points required to redeem the Coupon and click "Continue".

Once values are entered for the fields, click Add Coupon To Reward and select the coupon you want to attach to the reward program. Click on "Save" to create the rewards program.

Remember you need to add a coupon with a targeted audience type; this coupon would be linked with the rewards redemption and usage. To know more about how to create this coupon, click here.
