Creating coupons is an effective way to engage customers and build loyalty. Offering discounts or promotions encourages purchases, attracts new customers, and motivates repeat business. Well-designed coupons can boost brand awareness and drive sales, making them a powerful tool for growing your business.
To create a coupon, first open the coupons menu from the dashboard by clicking on "Customer Engagement", followed by "Coupons".
Click on Create Button.
You will see the coupon creation form. Fill out starting with, What's the Offer and click Continue.
What's the Offer?
Coupon Name: Name of the coupon.
Show on Register: If turned on it will be shown as a predifined discount.
Discount Value: Value of the discount in percentage or amount.
Apply Discount To: Select the discount type Product or Entire Order
Then select Who Should Receive This Coupon?
and click on Next "Create" to create the coupon.
Who Should Receive This Coupon?
Generic: Available to all customers at checkout. Use this for store-wide promotions or general marketing campaigns.
Targeted: Only shown to selected customer segments. Use this to personalize offers based on behavior, visits, or purchase history.
Click on Next "Create" to create the coupon.
