There are times when transaction may not communicate to POS from pax due to power failure, network connectivity issue or other connection issues. In that case you can confirm the state of the transaction manually.
Follow these steps to check the transaction confirmation on your PAX A35 payment device:
Tap the four corners of the screen in a clockwise motion.
Continue this until a password prompt appears.
When the password pop-up appears, enter the password: 123456
.
This will take you to the settings page.
On the settings page, scroll down until you find the option labeled "History"
and tap on it.
That's it! You should now be able to see all the transactions recorded on your PAX A35. Last transaction will be on the top.
