Adding Reward Cards to Order

There are two ways to enter a reward card into the current order. The first one is through the Customer Display Side, where customers can put their reward cards on their own. This is the most effective and common way to add your reward card. The second is from their POS side, where the cashier can add the reward card number for the customers.

To enter the reward card number from the Customer Display Side, click the Add/Create Reward Card button.

Next, put your mobile number. Click on Submit to add your reward card number to the order.

If no existing reward card is associated with that phone number, the system will prompt you to enroll in the program. To create a new reward card, click on Yes.

Click on the Rewards button to add the phone number from the POS side.

Type in the phone number/reward card number using the digital keypad, and click Submit. The customer’s reward will be added to the order.
