Click on Rewards & Loyalty followed by Rewards button.
Start creating a new reward program by clicking on Create button in the rewards Menu.
This will open Create a Reward Program Form.
Enter reward details such as reward name, reward point calculation type, and points required to redeem the Coupon according to the table information given below.
Form Fields:
Name*: Enter your Reward program name, for example, 25$ Off on 500. This Name will be printed on the customer’s receipt. So keep that in mind when naming your program.
Reward Point Calculation Type*: you can choose from 3 of the different reward point calculations; for more information, refer to Required Reward Points*: This refers to the minimum amount of points required to redeem the coupon.
Add Coupon to Reward*: Select a coupon that customers will earn when they reach the required point.
* = Required.
Once values are entered for the fields, click Add Coupoun To Reward and select the coupon you want to attach to the reward program. Click on Submit to create the rewards program.
Remember you need to add a coupon with a targeted audience type; this coupon would be linked with the rewards redemption and usage. To know more about how to create this coupon, click here.
