Sending Campaigns With Coupons – Octopos

Sending a campaign with coupons is one of the best ways to increase the likelihood of your customers visiting your store, restaurant, or business. Campaigns with coupons have the ability to reach audiences and provide them with an incentive to make a visit.

Additionally, consider offering exclusive discounts or promotions to customers who sign up for your mailing list or the Rewards program. This can help to build a loyal customer base and keep them engaged with your business.

To send a Campaign with Coupons log into the BackOffice.

Log into the Octopos Back Office by entering your email and password.

Login Fields : Email*: Insert your email address in this Field. Password*: Insert your Password here. * = Required

To send a Campaign, click on Marketing followed by Campaigns to open the Campaigns menu.

Click on Create

Choose how you want to approach your audience, either by text/SMS, email, or both. Select Send Targeted Coupons in the Type of Campaign selection. Click on Next once selected.

Note: You need to set the billing plan/SMS plan and your card details for sending the campaign through SMS. See billing details for more information on it.

Fill the Fields according to the Fields Information given below. Click on Next.

Campaign Fields: Name*: Select a name for your campaign, such as “Christmas Sale”. Campaign Duration*: Select the Duration of the campaign. Schedule*: Select if you want to send the Campaign right away or schedule it for a later date. * = Required

You can now either create an entirely new Email from scratch by clicking Create A New Email From Scratch or select a design from the template and use that to make future modifications. Select a template from the template selection on the left and click Use and Edit This Template to use the selected template. Click Next if required.

Fill in the Field according to the Information given below. Make the necessary changes to the email according to your preference. You can either send a test Email to your preferred Email address to check how it will look reaching the customer, or click on Next to move on.

Design Fields: Subject*: Give your Email a subject, something relevant to the theme of the Email such as “Christmas is Coming Soon!” in this case. * = Required

Select the Coupon that you want to attach with the Email, and select the number of times that coupon can be used. Fill in the blanks according to the information given below. To Learn more about creating a coupon click the below link.

Add Max Usage Fields: Max Usage Per Reward Card*: Type the number of times a reward card user can use this coupon. * = Required

You can either Select to send this Campaign to all of your customers\Users or decide to send it to a specific Segment. To know more about Segments and Segment Creation, click the link below.

Creating Customer Segments

Fill in the Required fields according to the Information given below.

Audience Identity Fields: Audience Type*: Select the targeted group of the Campaign, it can either be all of the users or can be specific segments of them. Select Segments*: Select the Segment to whom this campaign is to be sent.( it is only applicable if you selected Select Segment in Audience type.) * = Required

Review the Details entered and click on Submit to send the campaign.
